BISHOPGREY SHIPPING POLICY AND PROCEDURE
In order for BishopGrey to provide excellent customer service, support and expedient order processing, BishopGrey does not accept order changes or order cancellations.
If an error has occurred in your order, please Contact Us immediately and we will happily correct the error for you! If the order has left the pending queue, you must wait until you receive your item and then return it as per our Return Policy.
Most all orders ship in 1 - 2 business days ; Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund will be issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.
BishopGrey offers flat rate shipping rates to the Contiguous United States via UPS Ground Service, UPS 2nd Day Air and USPS.
Your shipping charges will automatically calculate based on the Shipping Provider you choose.
Please note: Orders weighing less than 10 pounds will automatically ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Postal Service ; UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service. Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.
Delivery times for any carrier are always estimated and never guaranteed. If you have not received your order after 10 days, please Contact Us with your order number for prompt service.
There will be no shipping on the following US Holidays:

BISHOPGREY RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Returns are accepted 30 days from Purchase Date.
In order to return a product to BishopGrey, you must first Contact Us via
Your order number is required ; Upon contacting us, BishopGrey will email you an RA# along with the return address to return your item to. Packages returned unauthorized or to an unauthorized location will be refused.
While BishopGrey will make every effort to assist you in your return, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to make return shipping arrangements.
A 20% restocking fee is charged.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We MUST receive the item in its packaging within 30 days of its purchase date.
Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.
Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable.
Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers ; Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.
BISHOPGREY DAMAGED / SHORTAGE CLAIMS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Always inspect your merchandise upon arrival.
Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing and are processed once per order.
A photo of the damaged item s required.
We cannot replace or refund items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.
Claims are processed within 3 business days.
All orders are insured to delivery point only ; We cannot replace and/or refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd Party Carrier.
