Sermon Transcript - Part 1
**There is a devil in the White House and there are devils behind the pulpits in the Church house**

Dear Beloved Community,

I come to you today, to inform you that there is a devil in the Whitehouse as well as many devils behind the pulpits in the church house! We stand at a critical juncture in our nation’s history. The air is thick with anxiety and fear, especially as Trump’s evil executive orders seek to freeze ALL federal assistance programs that many of our brothers and sisters rely on. But let me be clear: these actions are not just misguided; they are a direct attack from the devil on justice and humanity, and they are illegal! We will not be cowed by the threats of the devil and his followers who seek to divide us. We are stronger together, and we will rise!

Brothers and sisters, this is important that you hear this! For the scriptures say“We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Think about that! Where are the high places? They are in the government and in leadership positions in the church! So this battle is not merely political; it is a cosmic struggle for the very soul of our nation! The demonic forces of division are real, and the enemy seeks to sow discord among us, to pit us against one another based on our differences. But we will not allow that to happen—we will not be fooled!

Let us not forget the insidious doctrine that has crept into our very consciousness, branding our fellow human beings as threats simply because they look different, think differently, or love differently. This landmarkism, rooted in fear and hatred, is a tool of the adversary! But we are here to proclaim the truth: in the eyes of our Creator, we are all precious! Like the children song says red, yellow, black or white we are all precious in his sight! Our diversity is our strength, and it is time we recognize that we are all interconnected. The scripture says “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus!” This is the transformative truth we must hold onto as we march forward together.

As we consider the current state of our nation, we must recognize the presence of Donald Trump in the White House, as a figure reminiscent of a dark past, one that some might say echoes the chilling rise of Adolf Hitler. The rhetoric and policies that emerge from the evil trump administration threaten to plunge our country into a right-wing fascist theocracy. Project 2025, Dominionism, and the Seven Mountains Mandate are not just abstract concepts; they are concrete plans of the devil aimed at enshrining white Christian nationalism as the foundation of our country. We must remain vigilant against these threats, for they seek to redefine our nation in a way that excludes and marginalizes.

History has shown us the power of fear-mongering, a weapon wielded by those seeking to maintain control. They peddle lies, painting the innocent as the enemy, telling us that those who are different threaten our way of life. Trump has said they are murderers, they are rapist, they’re coming for your children, they’re coming for your marriage, and they are coming for your jobs, and by the way, he said that referring to the immigrants with brown skin, the LGBTQ community, black people and other marginalized groups that doesn’t look like think like or leave like he does or comes from the same place as he does. But we must not succumb to Trump and the devil’s manipulation! We are called to be warriors of justice, to rise up and declare: “We will not be divided!” We must also recognize the fact that there are many of us who claimed the entitlement of Christianity saying oh I’m a Christian I’m exempt from all of this, God’s going to protect me, so I don’t have to worry about it. That is disingenuous, and it is arrogance, and it is wrong because the Bible says that the rain falls on the just as well as the unjust, and the consequences of inaction will rain down on all of us, regardless of our status. We need to get out of that mindset that we have been brainwashed with in the church that we are going to escape it all and that we bare no responsibility because we think we’re not gonna be here to go through any of this, but the fact of the matter is, we are still here and as long as we are still here, we have a responsibility! And we are also gonna have to go through some things. We still got to walk out of this valley and we still have to come up the rough side of the mountain. But if we keep on walking, we will eventually walk out of this valley we will eventually get through the rough side of the mountain. You see I came to tell you today that trouble don’t last always! And this too shall pass! I also want to let you know and I’m gonna quote Bishop, Steven L. White for every enemy in your life there is a date of termination and a date of expiration! And that includes Donald Trump and all of his cronies! So again trouble don’t last always and Donald Trump won’t last always. We overcame Donald Trump in 2020 and we will overcome him again. Just like every other trouble that we’ve had in the history of this country we have always been Overcomers. We’ve always overcame our struggles whatever that they may be.

And as we reflect on our shared struggles, we must also remember this: “If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.” We cannot remain silent in the face of injustice! Our voices must rise, loud and clear, demanding equality, dignity, and respect for all of Gods children because none of us are free until we are all free! Now is time for all of us to confront the fear and hatred that have been thrust upon us. We stand not just for ourselves, but for those who cannot stand for themselves and those who can not speak for themselves. THAT is what Christ calls each of us to do!

For I came here today to declare that we are overcomers! We can do all things through Christ that strengthens us! And I came to let you know that we have faced giants before, and we have emerged victorious! “Yes we shall overcome,” my brothers and my sisters, my family, not just for ourselves but for our children and their children. The spirit of resistance runs deep within us, and we will not be deterred! We will not faulter and we will not fail! We will not give in and we will not give up!

So I urge you, do not shrink back in fear. That’s what these devils want you to do! They want you to fold up, give up and shut up! And we will not do that, EVER! So stand firm in your convictions! Speak out against the injustice that seeks to silence us. And remember: we are a mighty army, and together our hearts beat as one in the fight for equality, justice, and love.

Stay tuned for the second part, where we will explore the path ahead and the actions we must take as we stand united in this fight!

With fierce love and unyielding strength,

Bishop Scott Grey.
